Steamed clams are the perfect dish to enjoy on a foggy day by the ocean. My local fish shop, Sun Fat Seafood, carries a fabulous selection of clams. They are kept in tanks which means I get to hand select each one (always looking for the most beautiful!), they’re mostly purged of grit/sand, and they’re very much alive and super fresh.
